The days are long but the years are short...
I watched this 1 minute video by Gretchen Rubin this morning: http://www.theyearsareshort.com/
It reminded me of my mom. She always told me, on those days that my hair was standing on end, the dog was barking and the baby was crying, "these are the best times of your life..."
I try to instill words of wisdom in my children. The most important lesson I hope for them to learn is this: The key to happiness is making other people happy... so simple, yet so underrated!
